Biography/Story: 
Lt. Cunningham is has been the right hand enforcer of Gene's FOX unit since the beginning of FOX's creation.  Around ten years ago, when Cunningham was still with the CIA, he was a field officer who's unit was ambushed in Russia.  They were mislead into a large building which exploded, killing most of Cunningham's unit, and blowing off his right leg, which he later had replaced with a steel peg leg which he uses to stomp on the genitals of those he interrogates, it's best known as the nut crusher, and how he always able to break those he interrogates.

Lately, Cunningham has returned to the field along with Python, in their mission to infiltrate CPM and capture Colonel Raikov, for reasons yet to be revealed.  Cunningham later revealed that he accidentally mistook Raikov for a woman when he was apparently a member, as a result, Cunningham's judgement has been in question by Python ever since, though, apart from Cunningham's poor ability to differ human gender, he is still a vicious foe on the battlefield who takes pride in killing his enemies and making them suffer.  Cunningham also spares no one, so if he gets his hands on Raikov, he will have no reason to let anyone else within the camp stay alive.
