Biography/Story:
A highly trained operative sent in along with his partner to retrieve the Armys Heaven microfilm stolen by Raikov.  Jonah was personally trained by Lt. Cunningham to endure torture, and is a skilled chemist, he was even able to creat a chemical capable to causing mental diseases for temporary periods of time, including tourrettes, as Milo learned the hard way.

His secondary skills come as sabatoge, though during his mission with CPM, he was forced to wire faulty traps intentionally to throw off his enemies.  Jonah is a merciless killer, and is very intelligent, but most of all, is true and loyal to FOX, like all other FOX operatives.
