Biography/Story:
Despite his decripped state, Jenkins was once one of the best field officers the U.S. army had ever bared witness to. He was a skilled marksman, always used a Mosin Nagat to knock enemies out to avoid ever having to really KILL anyone, unfortunately after he'd knock out the enemy, another soldier would end up killing them while they were out. During his time with the army, Jenkins befriended Major when Major was just young private Stone. Jenkins showed Major the ropes when he was in his prime, and Major had become quite a hell of a private when Jenkins was done with him...of course needless to say, Major had forgotten most, if not all of Jenkins' training in a matter of days, but the two remained good friends.
After forcing to retire from the armed forces due to his aging, Jenkins took up cleaning, and oddly enough, he was good at it. Many years had past, Jenkins however, remained Janitor for his academy, though after all the years of cleaning fumes being inhaled by Jenkins, his performance as janitor began to slowly deteriorate, most of this was caused by him starting try and clean up with his old army Mosin, which he is now convinced IS a broom. As such, his academy shipped him back to the army, who didn't want him for his age, and so they did the only thing the army ever does right, and that is finding the next lowest group on the block to dump the old man at, this block was Camp PandaMonium. Though Jenkins does get along with most members there at the camp, and was even able to start hanging out his old army buddy, Major, he is still convinced that his Mosin is a broom. Many do not see the mix of senility and damage cleaning fumes that Jenkins suffers from, but the fact that he thinks it's normal for brooms to have scopes, and the fact that he secretly believes that he invented the comma should be more than enough to prove how damaged Jenkins' aging mind has become.
