Next to nothing is really known about Milo, not because it's classified information, it's just that nobody has really come to care much for him. Milo has remained next to completely inactive in his time with CPM and shows absolutely no signs of change.
Milo, however, has been through a series of changes since he first joined the camp. He's showed many signs of depressions, for reason which haven't been determined. Though many doubt he is at all suicidal, Ninja has been trying to keep as close an eye as he could over him to make sure it's nothing serious. Possible reasons for why he is so depressed could be his highly feminine voice, or that no one really pays attention to him.
