Biography/Story:
The very effeminate, very egotistical Raikov was once known throughout all of GRU as the fierce lover of Colonel Volgin in Grozyj Gradj, and was feared by all of GRU because any harm committed against Raikov would be punishable by Volgin himself. After Volgin's death, GRU got payback on Raikov and imprisoned him in an abandoned USSR prison in the mountains, where he was later rescued by FOX. During his time with FOX, Raikov had revealed that surprisingly enough, he was straight, and that he only got close to Volgin in hopes to obtain the Philosophers Legacy. His greed and lust for money and power had overruled the penalties of his actions, but that was of no concern to Raikov. Within FOX, Raikov also began to rise up in their ranks, and was made one of their leading officers, by Gene. But through his time with FOX, Raikov once again had a dirty ace up his sleeve, and this time, it ended in success. Within his time at FOX, Raikov learned that Gene had obtained numerous funds throughout the world to fund his new FOX revolt, and had also intended to use it in the hopes of creating a nation for soldiers, he calls "Army's Heaven." Billions of dollars, all transferred onto a tiny microfilm, which Raikov managed to steal during the skirmish of Gene's revolt.
Raikov slipped away from FOX and made his way to a borderline base within the borders of Russia and the U.S. Through which he had also managed to encounter the two US soldiers intending to take control of the camp for scouting, these two soldiers were codenamed "Zero" and "Panda." Ignoring the bizarre codenames, Raikov manipulated the contract signing deal with the contract signer Panda, and made it so he would be in charge of the camp, and the two would end up as privates. All had gone well for a while, even after the encounter with the Ocelots, but it wouldn't last, as Gene was more than aware of Raikov's actions and was already planning to send FOX to the base in order to capture Raikov and re-obtained the Armys Heaven funds.
